Frequently Asked Questions

Is your work guaranteed?
We guarantee our work for 6 months from the date of repair. This means that if your machine suffers the same fault within this period that we will return to your home and fix the fault at no extra cost.

I work during the day and would like you to visit me after 5 to repair my machine, is this possible?
We offer a limited number of appointments beyond Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 for which a surcharge applies.

Will I need to wait in all day for you to call?
At your request we can provide you with a warning call half an hour before your repair visit.

I have an emergency; how long will you take to visit my home?
Most appointments are arranged for the next working day, though in the event of an emergency, we will always try our best to visit you on the same day as your enquiry.

Are you able to repair my machine within one appointment slot?
We carry a wide selection of spares which means most machines can be repaired within one appointment slot. Other repairs will not require spares at all. However, because of the wide range of applainces now available, it is not possible for us to hold every spare in stock and therefore some spares will have to be ordered. This will result in a short delay in the repair and a second appointment. The second visit will of course be covered within our fixed price labor charge.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque and bank transfer payment.
